Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily production operations to ensure targets and quality standards are met.
- Monitor and control production parameters such as temperature, pressure, and material feed.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment upkeep and minimal downtime.
- Train, guide, and oversee production staff to maintain smooth workflow.
- Implement and monitor safety, hygiene, and quality control measures.
- Maintain accurate production reports and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in PVC / UPVC or plastic extrusion manufacturing.
- Strong technical knowledge of extrusion machines and mold changeovers.
- Diploma or Bachelors in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering preferred.
- Ability to manage a team and meet production KPIs.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
