We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and closing sales or leasing deals. You should have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a premium client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, marketing, and client referrals.
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide market insights to clients.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of local real estate laws, market trends, and property values.
  • Prepare and present offers and contracts to clients.
  • Ensure all documentation and agreements comply with UAE regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and prospects.
  • Negotiate deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Update CRM systems and manage property listings on online portals.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to promote listings.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in the UAE (preferred).
  • UAE Driving License + own car (preferred)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
  • Familiarity with UAE real estate market.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Professional appearance and customer-service mindset.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi/Urdu) are an advantage.
