Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Risk Manager/Analyst

Strong understanding of US banking products, including but not limited to: deposits, lending, and card issuing.
Ability to effectively identify and escape compliance risks associated with product proposal, customer-facing content and key operational controls.
A strong understanding of the elements of a compliance program, including risk assessment, monitoring and testing planning, third party oversight, and compliance training.
Expertise in laws and regulations governing consumer and commercial financial products, including, but not limited to, TILA/Regulation Z, ECOA/Regulation B, FCRA/Regulation V, SCRA, MLA, EFTA/Regulation E, TISA/Regulation DD, EFAA/Regulation CC, as well as industry best practices.
