• The Shopping Experience Representative oversees the Info desk, provides friendly and professional customer support, handles cash accurately, and ensures a safe environment for children at Smaland.

• Greet customers and provide shopping tools and catalogues.
• Assist at the Returns & Exchange desk and handle customer complaints promptly.

• Follow SOP for cash handling and all payment methods.
• Record transactions with 100% accuracy and reconcile the float.

• Explain the Smaland admission policy and ensure children’s safety.
• Make announcements to parents if needed.

• Adhere to system procedures, book IKEA services, and prepare transaction reports.

• Handle returns and exchanges with discretion and report issues.
• Brief the Duty Manager on complaints requiring assistance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive customer service mindset.
• Problem‑solving capabilities.
• Fluency in English;
  Arabic is preferred.

• High School diploma.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar customer service role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
