We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our one of (Resort) client in Al Ain. This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and operational efficiency of our kitchen facilities. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting kitchen operations by ensuring all dishware, utensils, and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, while also contributing to overall kitchen organization and waste management.

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of dishes, cutlery, cookware, and kitchen equipment using industrial dishwashers and manual methods.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace by wiping down surfaces, cleaning floors, and emptying waste bins regularly.
• Assist in the proper disposal of kitchen waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Receive and inspect deliveries of kitchen supplies, verifying quantities and quality before logging into inventory.
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels of cleaning supplies, detergents, and disposable items.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and cross-contamination prevention.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly to the relevant team.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and a positive attitude in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Contribute to a culture of guest satisfaction by supporting kitchen operations that uphold high service standards.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in kitchen cleaning, dishwashing, or related roles within the hospitality or food service industry.
• Proven ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in a commercial kitchen setting.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock rotation principles.
• Familiarity with waste disposal procedures and environmental compliance standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and/or English (written and verbal).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as required.
• Valid work permit and ability to obtain visa sponsorship (provided by employer).
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Clean criminal record and good health.
