Overview:
Construction Site Supervisor. A reputable construction company in Al-Rayyan is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As the primary point of contact on the construction site, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

• Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders; monitor progress and address issues to maintain schedule.
• Lead and collaborate with site team; communicate effectively and exercise strong leadership under pressure.
• Ensure compliance with project budgets, timelines, and specifications.
• Prepare reports and documentation as required.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in managing construction projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• This position is open to Indian nationals with a valid visa and does not require English proficiency or prior experience.
• Immediate hiring is preferred. Salary starts at 1700$.
