Responsibilities- 1. Develop detailed BIM models for HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment.
- 2. Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate HVAC designs into the overall BIM project model.
- 3. Work with Navisworks or similar tools for model review and conflict resolution.
- 4. Ensure accuracy and completeness of HVAC models and associated documentation.
- 5. Annotate and dimension details on drawings as per company standards
- 6. Manage Revit families and parametric components for electrical elements.
- 7. Assist with model-based quantity take-offs (QTOs) and material estimation.
- 8. Ensure models comply with project standards, industry codes, and company BIM protocols.
