8–10 hours per day, Sunday to Thursday
Rotation: 12 weeks on / 2 weeks off (Single Status) or 30 days annual leave (Couple Status)
An international energy operator is seeking an Operations Readiness & Handover Coordinator to support the safe and efficient start-up and handover of projects. The role involves coordinating Operations Readiness Plans (ORP), tracking roadmap deliverables, and ensuring the smooth transfer of projects to permanent operations.
You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, contractors, and project stakeholders, ensuring timely completion of deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate development and approval of Operations Readiness Plans and related deliverables
- Analyse approved ORPs and maintain roadmap tracking sheets with evidence and close-out records
- Develop and maintain operations readiness charts and dashboards, providing weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports
- Ensure functionality and accessibility of roadmap system elements and resolve issues with support teams
- Facilitate meetings to track deliverables and support stakeholders in completing overdue tasks
- Coordinate development and approval of Project-to-Producing-Asset (P-to-PA) handover dossiers and Operational Acceptance Certificates
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and project delivery
- Maintain documentation and records in accordance with company standards
- Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Promote safe working practices and adherence to established procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-disciplinary oil and gas project coordination, planning, and reporting
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams
- Computer literate and able to manage data, dashboards, and reporting
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
