Barber – Men's Grooming Specialist

As a Barber – Men's Grooming Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-quality grooming services to our diverse clientele. Your primary role will be to offer a range of hair and beard styling services, including haircuts, shaving, coloring, and straight razor shaves. You will also provide advice and recommendations on grooming products and techniques to help our clients maintain their desired look.

• Offer exceptional grooming services to clients in a timely and professional manner
• Listen actively to clients’ requests and provide personalized recommendations based on their specific needs
• Perform various hair and beard styling techniques such as blending, fading, lineups, and shaping
• Use high-quality tools and products to ensure the best results for clients
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
• Educate clients on proper grooming techniques and suggest products for at-home maintenance
• Stay up-to-date with current trends in men’s grooming and continuously improve your skills through training opportunities

• Proven experience as a barber or men’s grooming specialist (preferred but not required)
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele
• Strong knowledge of different hair types and styling techniques for men
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• A friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary

• Competitive salary of 1200$ per month
