Merchandiser

Our company is seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Al‑Rayyan. As a Merchandiser, you will plan and implement product displays, analyze sales data, and monitor inventory levels. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that products are displayed in an appealing and strategic manner to maximize sales.

• Plan and execute product displays in accordance with company standards
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure product availability
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure product placement is consistent with company guidelines
• Train store staff on proper display techniques and provide support as needed
• Participate in the development of new products by providing feedback on market trends and customer preferences
• Attend trade shows and events as needed to showcase products

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role (2+ years)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluent English language skills required;
  Arabic language skills desirable but not required

Salary: 1100$ per month
