We are seeking an experienced full-time Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Al Wakrah, Qatar. This on-site role will involve managing and overseeing all aspects of quantity surveying, including cost estimation, cost planning, bills of quantities (BOQ) preparation, and monitoring cost reports. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers, ensure compliance with project budgets, and mitigate financial risks while maintaining quality and adherence to project timelines.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management to ensure projects align with allocated budgets.
- Experience in preparing and analyzing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Cost Planning for projects.
- Expertise in Cost Reporting and financial tracking of project progress.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven experience in the construction or oil and gas sector is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as RICS or equivalent are highly desirable.
