Architect, Architect ​/ Sr. Architect

We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Architect to join our innovative team in Doha Qatar. As a key member of our architectural firm you will contribute to the design and execution of cutting-edge projects that shape the skyline of this dynamic city and beyond.

• Develop and oversee architectural designs from concept to completion ensuring adherence to client requirements and project specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers contractors and clients to deliver high-quality architectural solutions
• Lead and mentor junior architects and designers fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design integrity
• Prepare and present design proposals including 3D renderings and detailed drawings to clients and stakeholders
• Incorporate sustainable design practices and innovative technologies into architectural projects
• Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively
• Stay updated on local building codes regulations and industry trends
• Contribute to business development efforts by participating in client meetings and proposal preparations

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited university
• Licensed or registered architect with a minimum of 7 years of post-graduate experience
• Proven track record of leading international high-quality projects through all work stages
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design skills and a range of successfully completed projects
• Proficiency in architectural software including Revit Rhino AutoCAD and Sketch Up
• Advanced 3D modeling and post-production skills
• In-depth knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification processes
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Qatar and the Middle East
• Experience with project management and client relations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative fast-paced environment
• Innovative mindset with a passion for creating unique architectural solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to adapt to the cultural and architectural nuances of the Middle Eastern region
