Field IT Support Engineers to provide on‑site technical support and smart hands assistance for IT infrastructure, desktop, and data center operations at client sites in Oman.

• Provide on-site troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, and operating system issues.
• Install, repair, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Perform smart hands and feet support in data center environments under instruction.
• Support basic network activities including LAN/WAN connectivity, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP troubleshooting.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Handle PC break/fix, basic administration of Windows, and optionally Mac/Linux OS.
• Provide peripheral and networking hardware assistance (routers, switches, racks, etc.).
• Maintain accurate documentation and update ticketing systems (Service Now, Remedy, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with customer security and hardware warranty policies.

• 2–3 years of strong experience in IT infrastructure field support.
• Hands‑on experience in troubleshooting and fixing desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Familiarity with network concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, RDP).
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of problem management and repeat call analysis.
• Experience using ticketing tools (e.g., Service Now, Remedy).
• Preferred
  
  Certifications:
  • CompTIA A+
  • Associate Degree in Electronics or related field
