Operator; Condensate

Overview

To operate and monitor assigned process units within the condensate refinery area, including Condensate Distillation Unit (CDU), Hydrotreaters, and Continuous Catalytic Reforming (CCR) Plat former to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production. The Area Operator is responsible for maintaining operational integrity, responding to process deviations, and supporting the achievement of production targets while adhering to safety, environmental, and quality standards.

• Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing English, including report writing.
• High level of safety awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts and outdoor field conditions.

Minimum 5 - 10 years of hands‑on experience in refinery operations, specifically in Condensate Distillation Units, Hydrotreaters, and CCR Platformers. Proven experience in operating and troubleshooting process equipment such as pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, reactors, and control systems.

• Strong understanding of process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
• Familiarity with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
• Knowledge of safety systems including HAZOP, LOTO, PTW, and emergency response procedures.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
