Senior Diesel​/Reefer Diagnostic Technician

Flexible schedule options (3x12 or 4x10 hour shifts)$2/hour shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shifts

Valid driver’s license

Must possess or obtain a toolbox and required tools

Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant systems

What You’ll Do:

Repair minor and major issues of refrigeration units and the ability to diagnose problems with the units which included but not limited to:o Use of OEM software to diagnose issues, read codes, clear codes, downloado Ability to read refrigerant unit wiring diagrams and wiring schematic so Ability to use multi-meter to perform electrical diagnosticso Ability to program microprocessoro Proper use of reclaiming machine to recover and recycle refrigeranto Proficient in soldering all types of joints and tubes

Servicing truck systems — cooling, fuel, drive train, brakes, suspension

Performing PMs and DOT inspections on trucks and trailers

Repairing ABS systems, APU units, and trailer structures

Roadside service, tire repairs, and equipment cleaning

Operates company and customer vehicles, forklifts, hoists and tools

Maintaining accurate repair times and a clean workspace

Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
