Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST) (Schedule may expand/adjust as the seasonal volume increases)

Assignment Type: temp to perm (potential for permanent full-time placement for top performers)

Southern Point Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Packing Associates to join our client’s team in Albany, GA. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring customers receive high-quality, pecan-based products safely and on time. • Order Fulfillment:
  Accurately pick customer orders using packing slips and invoices.
• Packing & Quality Control:
  Carefully package products to maintain high quality and prevent damage during transit.
• Shipping Preparation:
  Label boxes, organize outgoing freight, and stage shipments according to company procedures.
• Inventory Management:
  Assist with warehouse organization, inventory counting, and restocking supplies.
• Safety & Workplace Standards:
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while adhering to all safety and quality guidelines.
• Team Support:
  Perform additional production and warehouse tasks as assigned by management.

• Experience:
  
  Prior experience in packing, shipping, or general warehouse work preferred.
• Physical Capabilities:
  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand/walk for extended periods.

  Basic math skills for accurate counting and order verification.
• Detail-Oriented:
  High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Work Ethic:
  Strong reliability, ability to follow instructions, and a positive, team-first attitude.
• Uniform:
  You will supply your own pants, shoes, and belt.
