Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Key Responsibilities  
Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations and take full responsibility in their absence
Work with the General Manager and Head Chef on strategic planning, development, and overall restaurant success
Manage budgets effectively, including direct and indirect costs
Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve stability, productivity, and loyalty
Act as a role model, consistently delivering the highest standard of guest service  About You  
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar management role
Strong leadership skills with the confidence to motivate and manage a team
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
Excellent English communication skills
Friendly, professional, and a natural team player with charisma and flair  #MCG1
