Hotel Sous Chef Vacancy - £38,500 plus tips/service charge

What a Hotel Sous Chef does at the Alderley Edge:
  • Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef’s absence
  • Support with menu development, stock management and maintaining a safe and compliant kitchen
  • Provide guidance to junior kitchen staff members
  • Ensure that high standards and attention to detail are maintained, working with the team to achieve and maintain 5
    * Scores on the doors
  • Continuously motivate the team to make sure that fresh quality food is presented each time
  • The Sous Chef plays an integral role in training and development junior team member

With 50 stunning bedrooms and our superb Grill on the Hill restaurant offering a relaxed dining experience for up to 70 guests, the Alderley Edge Hotel is an iconic Cheshire institution. Our brigade of talented chefs work with the best fresh produce in our well equipped kitchen under the leadership of talented Head Chef. With great facilities and an open pass, it’s a great place to work.
