They are now seeking an experienced Sous Chef who is passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience and developing junior chefs. You’ll play a key role in driving kitchen standards, supporting the Head Chef, and contributing to the commercial success of the business through strong financial awareness and operational insight.
This role is ideal for a Sous Chef who wants to be hands-on, inspirational and constantly striving to be the best — for the guests, the team and the business.
