Wagman Heavy Civil, Inc. is seeking Concrete Laborers to join their Latex Modified Concrete Division in Dinwiddie, Virginia. These individuals will assist crews with various construction tasks, including mixing, pouring, and chipping concrete. The ideal candidates are reliable, safety-conscious, and have experience in construction, preferably with concrete work. This is a hands-on role requiring physical stamina and a commitment to quality and safety.

What You’ll Need

• HS Diploma or GED preferred (relevant work experience accepted)
• 1+ years’ experience in construction, preferably concrete work
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to communicate effectively and take instructions
• Open to some regional travel (MD, PA, VA, NC)
• Familiarity with paving, concrete, highway, and/or bridge construction
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds from ground to waist and 30 pounds above shoulder
• Ability to work at heights up to 150 feet
• Continuous standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, and crawling
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Acceptable corrected vision and hearing
• Ability to climb ladders and work on uneven surfaces and in confined spaces
• Subject to drug testing and compliance policies as a Federal Contractor
