PM Shift Supervisor –
Bow Distribution

Location: Riddings, Alfreton

Salary: Up to £28,000

Job Type: Mon - Fri, Full-time, Permanent (12:30–21:30)

• Lead and support your warehouse team day-to-day
• Oversee all areas: inbound, outbound, cross-dock, pick & pack, and pallet dispatch
• Keep the warehouse safe, tidy and compliant
• Drive team performance and achieve KPIs
• Help improve warehouse systems and processes
• Support same-day delivery operations

• Experience leading or supervising a warehouse team
• Confident, hands‑on, and proactive
• Counterbalance FLT licence – essential
• Strong warehouse and logistics knowledge
• Good with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Flexible to cover the AM shift if required
