Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Mobile Repair Technician based in Aligarh. The role involves diagnosing and repairing mobile devices, performing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The technician will also be responsible for keeping accurate records of the repairs and updating clients on the status of their devices.

Strong skills in Troubleshooting and problem-solving
