Position: Retail Operations Coordinator (Temporary)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly communicate with store teams globally on operational processes, procedures, and deliverables to ensure alignment.
  • Develop instructional guides, procedure documents, and other content to support store operations across regions.
  • Actively collaborate with internal departments, including Learning & Development, Internal Communications, Building & Construction and Visual Merchandising, and participate in interdepartmental meetings to drive project success.
  • Partner with international branches and offices to understand regional needs and ensure consistency in procedures and standards.
  • Create and deliver written content tailored for store teams to assist in clear and consistent messaging.
  • Track and report on daily and weekly KPIs to support data-driven decisions and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Support and coordinate internal communications for our Store Refit program and Store openings.
Skillset:
  • Communication - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and frequent store communication.
  • Technical Skills - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Collaboration - Ability to work closely with different departments and international partners.
  • Detail Orientation - Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Multi-Tasking - Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Data Analysis - Ability to analyze and interpret KPIs to inform business decisions.
  • Responsibility - High sense of accountability and dedication to quality.
  • Proactivity - Energetic, solution-focused approach to identifying and solving operational challenges.
