Functieomschrijving- Manage RFQs, purchase orders, and order entry.
- Handle post-order activities (e.g., date changes, expedites, order holds).
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Materials Management, Quality, Product Management) on pricing, delivery, and terms.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

- Proficient with ERP systems and CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong data entry skills.
