We are seeking a full time Senior Sales Consultant to join the Alton office, the ideal candidate will have previous lettings experience looking to progress in the industry. • Qualifying and registering applicants
• Matching applicants to our clients’ properties
• Selecting good quality buyers and putting forward offers to vendors
• Developing lasting relationships with new and existing clients
• Identifying and developing new business leads
• Booking valuations
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
• Assisting with general office duties as directed by your line manager

• Previous experience in Estate Agency
