Icy Bear Dental is looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a strong eye for clean, minimalist, beauty-inspired design
. This role will focus on creating elevated visual content across social, digital, web, and paid media
, positioning dental care as modern self-care while maintaining a premium, cohesive brand presence.

• Design aesthetic-led content for social media (Instagram feed, stories, graphics)
• Create clean, minimalist visuals aligned with the “clean girl” aesthetic
• Design and maintain website visuals, layouts, and on‑site graphics
• Develop paid ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
• Create educational dental content that feels modern and non‑clinical
• Design product, promotional, and campaign assets
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams
• Stay current with design, beauty, and social media trends

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required)
• Strong understanding of minimalist, beauty and lifestyle aesthetics
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canvas
• Experience with website design
• Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills

• Deep understanding of the “clean girl” visual style
• Ability to work with soft palettes, white space, and refined details
• Ability to elevate dental content into premium, lifestyle‑led visuals

• Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brands
• Motion graphics or light video editing skills
• Understanding of conversion‑focused design for ads and web

• A cohesive, elevated brand presence across social, web, and ads
• Website visuals that feel modern, premium, and user‑friendly
• High-performing paid ad creatives that still feel on‑brand
