As Talent Acquisition Executive, your focus will be on attracting, screening, and maintaining a pipeline of talented individuals to meet our clients’ recruitment needs.

You’ll use tools like job boards and social media to engage with candidates while supporting Account Managers with detailed candidate information for client roles.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is highly organised, and takes pride in delivering quality recruitment solutions.

• Proactively source talented candidates through comprehensive searches
• Screen and assess potential hires to ensure they meet job specifications
• Manage a clear and organised pipeline for ongoing and future opportunities
• Work closely with Account Managers by providing vetted candidates for client roles
• Conduct CV searches and filter candidates to match client requirements
• Utilise job boards, social media, and other platforms to identify high‑quality talent

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage candidates confidently
• GCSE in Maths and English
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver under pressure
• A proactive and positive approach to challenges
