This is a Commercial Manager position with a difference. Joining a respected subcontractor that's making the strategic move into main contracting, you'll play a key part in their commercial leadership team. As Commercial Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of linear infrastructure projects in the built environment. You’ll work closely with project delivery teams, manage subcontractor packages, lead client negotiations, ensure commercial controls are robust, and support the bid process for new main contracting work. Your experience on both sides of the fence – subcontractor and main contractor – will be essential as the company continues to evolve its offering.
