Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a CRM & Retention Executive who’s passionate about bringing CRM campaigns to life and supporting customer engagement across email, SMS and lifecycle journeys. This role is hands‑on and delivery‑driven – perfect for someone who enjoys building campaigns, optimising performance and ensuring every message is executed thoughtfully.
You’ll need to be organized, data‑curious and proactive. You’ll report into the Head of Trade and work closely with cross‑functional partners to deliver campaigns our customers love.
What You’ll Do- Execute CRM campaigns across email and SMS, including scheduling, segmentation and deployment
- Excellent copywriting on email to craft emails that our customers love to receive
- Build, maintain and optimise automated lifecycle flows (e.g., welcome, post‑purchase, re‑engagement)
- Apply segmentation and personalisation logic to improve relevance and performance
- Track campaign performance and support reporting on key CRM metrics
- A/B testing (e.g., subject lines, creatives, audience segments) to continuously improve results
- Work with creative, brand and operations teams to ensure on‑brand communications
- CRM data hygiene and list management in our platform
- Help troubleshoot delivery, rendering and performance issues
- Experience executing CRM, email or retention campaigns (ideally in an eCommerce or D2C environment)
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Klaviyo or similar platforms
- Comfort working with campaign data and performance metrics
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good written communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset
- A proactive approach – you’re ready to jump in, deliver and iterate
- Believe meaningful customer engagement is essential to growth
