. We’re hiring a Senior Paid Media Manager / Performance Marketing Lead (Tik Tok Ads) to own and scale Tik Tok paid social campaigns for agency clients across finance, claims, e-commerce, and SaaS
, while building and leading a dedicated Tik Tok paid media team
.

This role is ideal for an agency-side Paid Media Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Social Manager, or Media Buyer with deep Tik Tok Ads expertise and experience running high-volume lead generation and user acquisition campaigns
.

Altrincham | 4 days in office + 1 day remote | Flexible working hours

💷Up to £55,000 + yearly bonus

• Own and scale Tik Tok Ads / Paid Social campaigns for multiple agency clients
• Manage Clients with £1,000,000+ per month in Tik Tok media spend
• Deliver high-volume lead generation and user acquisition
• Optimise across CPA, ROAS, volume, lead quality, and LTV
• Analyse full-funnel and post-conversion performance data
• Define Tik Tok paid media and creative strategy at account and portfolio level
• Collaborate with creative, data, and performance teams
• Stay current on Tik Tok Ads trends, formats, and algorithm updates
• Build, lead, and mentor a specialist Tik Tok paid media team

• 6+ years’ experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, Paid Social, or Growth Marketing
• Agency-side experience required
• Proven experience managing Tik Tok Ads at scale
• Background in high-volume lead generation or user acquisition
• Experience handling multiple client accounts and stakeholders
• Strong analytical, commercial, and optimisation skills
• Confident operating as senior agency Paid Media leader

• Senior agency-side Tik Tok leadership role
• Ownership of Tik Tok Ads strategy and execution
