What You’ll Be Doing- Lead & Inspire:

Deliver the best NY-style pizzas using high-quality, sustainably sourced ingredients. - Maintaining 5-Star Compliance:
Uphold food safety and compliance standards through regular checks and attention to detail. - Stock & Prep Management:
Order stock and organize prep levels to ensure efficiency. - Writing Rotas:
Manage kitchen team shifts, ensuring balance and support. - Lead By Example:
Maintain high food quality while fostering learning and development; support team growth.
