Role Overview
We’re looking for a Tik Tok-first, trend-obsessed Tik Tok Manager to own and scale our clients presence on Tik Tok — including organic content, growth, influencer amplification, and Tik Tok LIVE performance.
This role is both creative and operational, responsible for planning, executing, and optimising Tik Tok content and LIVE shopping experiences that drive awareness and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Posting
• Plan, film, edit, and publish daily Tik Tok content
• Create high-performing content including:
• UGC-style videos
• Trend-led content
• Educational dental content
• Product demos & transformations
• Founder / team-led videos (where relevant)
• Write compelling hooks, captions, and CTAs
• Maintain a consistent brand voice while adapting to Tik Tok trends

Tik Tok LIVE Management
• Own Tik Tok LIVE strategy and execution
• Plan and schedule regular Tik Tok LIVE sessions
• Manage the full LIVE setup, including:
• Product setup and links
• Talking points, run-of-show, and offers
• Tech setup (lighting, audio, phone setup, Tik Tok Shop integration)
• Recruit, brief, and manage LIVE presenters
• Train presenters on brand tone, key messages, and conversion tactics
• Moderate or oversee LIVE moderation (comments, pinned links, FAQs)
• Analyse LIVE performance and optimise future sessions
Growth & Performance
• Own Tik Tok growth KPIs: views, engagement, followers, saves, shares
• Track LIVE-specific metrics: viewers, watch time, conversion, revenue
• Analyse performance weekly and refine strategy accordingly
• Test new formats, hooks, posting times, and content pillars
• Identify viral trends early and execute quickly
Influencer & UGC Collaboration
• Work with the Social Media Manager to:
• Brief influencers and creators
• Repurpose influencer content for brand Tik Tok
• Turn high-performing influencer videos into organic posts
• Source and manage UGC creators and LIVE presenters where required
Paid & Conversion Support
• Identify organic and LIVE content suitable for paid amplification
• Flag top-performing videos and LIVE clips for ads
• Create Tik Tok-native content designed to convert, not just trend
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience managing and growing a Tik Tok account
• Experience running or supporting Tik Tok LIVE and/or Tik Tok Shop
• Strong video editing skills (Cap Cut preferred)
• Confident managing on-camera talent
• Deep understanding of Tik Tok culture, trends, and LIVE formats
• Experience with e-commerce or DTC brands preferred
