Garden Centre Team Member – British Garden Centres

We are currently looking for a Team Member to work in our fast-paced, customer-focused Centre. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, approachable and have excellent people skills, a positive “can do” attitude, and a keen eye for detail.

Hayes Garden Centre, Ambleside LA22 0DW
, UK.

Full-time, 37.5 Hours Per Week – Including Weekends.

• Customer Service
• Tills
• Merchandising – stock replenishment, assisting customers with purchases, quality customer service
• Helping to take trees to customers’ cars
• Compost, Fencing & Pots Assistant (working outside)

• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn.
• Team player.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred; full training provided where necessary.
• Highly motivated, approachable, positive “can do” attitude, keen eye for detail.
