• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and resolve issues efficiently.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Supporting a range of administrative tasks to help clients and the wider team.

• Experience in a customer service, customer support, client services, or administrative role.
• Confident communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling information.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and stay organised in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on excellent service.
