Commercial Property Paralegal

Position: Commercial Property Paralegal (Permanent)
An established law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Paralegal to support its Property team.

This role offers exposure to a wide range of commercial real estate matters, working alongside experienced lawyers and supporting clients across a variety of sectors. It is a good opportunity for someone seeking to build practical experience within a commercial property practice.

The Role

Duties will include:

Assisting with commercial property transactions from initial instruction through to completion

Supporting on matters including sales, purchases, leases and property finance

Preparing and reviewing legal documentation

Carrying out property searches, title checks and due diligence

Managing files and maintaining accurate records

Liaising with clients and third parties as required

Providing general support to the wider Property team

The Candidate

You will ideally have:

Previous experience in a commercial property or real estate environment

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

The ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines

Clear written and verbal communication skills

A proactive and reliable approach to work

An interest in developing a career in commercial property law

The ability to work well as part of a team
