We're recruiting a reliable and proactive Caretaker on behalf of a leading education provider. This is a hands‑on role within a busy estates team, supporting the day‑to‑day care, security, and operation of buildings and grounds.

• Support the effective operation, safety, and appearance of all site buildings and grounds.
• Work as part of the estates team to deliver high‑quality caretaking and maintenance services.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and customer‑focused environment.

• Carry out outdoor maintenance, including grounds upkeep and general site appearance.
• Undertake day‑to‑day caretaking duties and general maintenance tasks across the site.
• Support the care, security, and operation of all buildings and facilities.
• Assist with the daily availability and readiness of the site.
• Support the Head of Estates with maintenance, development and project planning.
• Manage goods‑in and portering tasks, including deliveries, equipment movement, record keeping and health and safety checks.

• Previous experience in estates, caretaking, or a related environment.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).
• Good practical DIY and maintenance knowledge.
• Trade experience desirable but not essential.
• Full rights to work in the UK.
