Job Title:
Marketing Manager - Health & Social Care

Salary: circa £40-60k per annum (based off experience)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing luxury care organisation at a pivotal stage of its journey. As Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and elevating our brand, driving awareness, generating high-quality leads for the sales team, and delivering creative, multi-channel campaigns that reflect our premium positioning.

You’ll take ownership of both digital and offline marketing activity, manage agency partners, and ensure marketing initiatives are closely aligned with commercial objectives and deliver clear, measurable results. This is a hands-on role with real scope to influence strategy as the business continues to expand.

The ideal candidate will be a confident, proactive marketer with strong communication skills and a commercial mindset. You’ll enjoy working both independently and collaboratively, bringing fresh thinking and energy to a fast-evolving organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive awareness and interest in our homes
  • Working closely with the sales team to deliver quality enquiries and measurable ROI
  • Building and executing brand and content strategies across digital and offline channels
  • Managing agency relationships and ensuring a consistent brand voice
  • Bringing fresh ideas to the table – we love innovation and bold thinking!
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing, ideally in health & social care or similar (hospitality, hotels etc)
  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude – you can think big and execute brilliantly
  • Strong campaign, content and digital skills
  • Someone who’s excited to make a difference and proud of what they do
