• Position: CNC Turner - Programmer/Setter/Operator
• Salary: £18.00 - £21.00 per hour. Overtime available at enhanced rates 1/3
• Hours:
  
  Monday to Thursday – 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm;
  Friday – 12:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
• Location:
  
  Commute from St Albans, Watford, Chesham, Amersham, Hemel Hempstead.

We are on the lookout for a CNC Turner Programmer/Setter Operator who is looking for a new opportunity. As a CNC Turner Programmer/Setter Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high‑specification, small‑to‑medium batch components for aerospace clients. This is a hands‑on role where your expertise will directly impact quality and delivery.

• Set and operate CNC Turning machines (Fanuc controls) to tight aerospace tolerances.
• Work with premium materials:
  Stainless Steel, Titanium, Inconel, Aluminium, Nylon.
• Accurately record job timings in the ERP system.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization (6S).
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• 4–5 years proven experience in CNC Turning within aerospace or other high‑precision sectors.
• Skilled in setting and operating CNC machines with Fanuc controls.
• Comfortable working to tight tolerances.
• Apprenticeship trained or qualified by experience.
• CAD/CAM familiarity is a plus, but not essential.
