Danfoss’s Ames, IA site is seeking an Operations Team Leader for our Assembly Operations team. You will lead daily production activities, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
Reporting to the Assembly Operations Manager, you’ll coach a diverse team, partner with Engineering and Quality, and ensure timely resolution of issues. The regular schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM.
