ATCO Rubber Products, Inc. in Crawfordsville, IN is seeking an experienced Production Lead to supervise a 35-50 hourly team on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM, onsite). You will oversee quality, output, and machine efficiency while maintaining safety and productivity.
This role partners with the Plant Manager and other supervisors to meet schedules, drive process improvements, and mentor staff. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving are essential.
