Overview
Are you an experienced Administrator looking for an office based role in a fast paced, supportive environment? We’re looking for a proactive and organised administrator to join our team in Bulford, Wiltshire. You’ll play a key role in supporting our Senior Managers with a wide range of administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys variety in their day.

- Manage and coordinate diaries, meetings, and appointments, ensuring effective time management and prioritisation.
- Prepare, collate, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes; follow up on agreed actions.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of senior managers.
- Maintain and update departmental records on our systems.
- Support project administration tasks including tracking progress, compiling data, and maintaining documentation.
- Assist with the organisation of internal and external client meetings.
- Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion at all times.
- Be willing to travel to our main MoD Housing sites (Larkhill, Aldershot, and Faringdon), and occasionally to client sites within the same areas (Larkhill and Aldershot), as required to support operational or management meetings.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider management team as needed.
- Raising purchase orders and providing invoices
- Proven experience in an administrative or PA role
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in using Microsoft 365
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information.
- Salary of £25,500 per annum
