About

The Role

Our Licensed Engineers are vital to ensuring airworthiness of our aircraft, performing maintenance tasks, and conducting inspections in compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures. Reporting to the Station Engineer, this role operates Monday to Friday with flexibility for emergencies, unscheduled maintenance or project deadlines.

  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks and modifications on our 757 aircraft, including inspections, repairs and modifications, following approved data and regulations.
  • Perform troubleshooting and fault diagnosis to identify and rectify defects in aircraft systems, avionics and components.
  • Carry out aircraft certification and release to service activities as a B1 and/or B2 Licensed Engineer, ensuring all work meets required standards and documentation is accurately maintained.
  • Collaborate with maintenance personnel, engineers and support staff to achieve efficient workflow and minimise aircraft downtime.
  • Adhere to all relevant safety protocols, procedures and regulations, promoting a culture of safety awareness and compliance.

About You

You are an experienced Licensed Aircraft Engineer holding a CAA Part 66 B1 and/or B2 Licence. Experience with large aircraft is essential; a type rating and recency on Boeing 757 is extremely advantageous.

You have worked in a Part 145 MRO environment, preferably with a balance of line, base and modification experience.

You possess strong knowledge of aircraft systems, avionics and powerplants, and can interpret technical manuals and drawings.

You have excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality output.

You are an effective communicator, both verbal and written, and can work collaboratively within a team.

You are eligible to hold a UK Security Clearance.
