Care And Support Worker – Competitive Salary – £13.30 to £14.10 per hour
Location: Altogether Care, Amesbury Area

The Role
Support people in their own homes to live as independently as possible across the community. Every visit matters, and the difference you make is immediate and lasting.
As a Care and Support Worker, You Will- Support individuals at home to maintain independence
- Provide personal, physical, and emotional care
- Assist with daily tasks, activities, and appointments
- Empower clients to make their own choices
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals
- Use mobile technology to record and deliver quality care
- Follow Altogether Care’s values and safe working practices
- Travel within the area as required for high‑quality care
- Full UK driving licence
- Own vehicle access
Experience in social care, whether new to the sector or a seasoned professional.
Contract & CompensationFull‑time, permanent contract with guaranteed hours.
Salary: £13.30 to £14.10 per hour.
