Project Engineer - EPC

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and up-to-date lectures on core pharmacy subjects (e.g., Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, etc.)
Develop course materials, lesson plans, lab manuals, and assignments.
Supervise and guide students in practical labs, research projects, and internships.
Stay updated with developments in the pharmaceutical industry and integrate them into teaching.
Participate in curriculum development and accreditation processes.
Evaluate student performance through exams, assessments, and class participation.
Support students academically and professionally through mentoring and counseling.
Attend departmental meetings, seminars, and contribute to academic committees.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Pharmacy (M. Pharm) or PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
Familiarity with AICTE/PCI norms and academic regulations.
Preferred

Skills:

Research aptitude with published work in journals (UGC/Scopus indexed preferred).
Proficiency in using digital teaching tools (LMS, virtual labs, etc.)
Industry exposure or collaborations (bonus)
