Een zorgorganisatie in Amstelveen is op zoek naar een betrokken persoon voor 1 op 1 begeleiding in de thuissituatie. De rol vereist iemand die kan aanvoelen wat cliënten nodig hebben en creatief kan denken om hen te motiveren tot wandelingen. Er is ruimte voor ontwikkeling met trainingen. Het betreft een tijdsbesteding van 1 uur om de twee weken, met kans op meer frequentie.

Reiskosten worden vergoed en de organisatie biedt VR-dementie training aan.
