The Role
** We are seeking a Managing Director to build and lead our People & Transformation offering in Benelux. This is a senior leadership role combining market development, revenue generation, client leadership and hands-on delivery, with accountability for shaping and executing transformation programmes that deliver measurable business performance.

As Managing Director, you will establish and grow our People & Transformation presence in the Dutch market, working closely with our established Business Transformation team and senior People & Transformation leaders across EMEA. You will shape the local go-to-market strategy, develop relevant service offerings and propositions, build senior client relationships and create the foundations for a high-performing local practice.

You will operate as a trusted advisor to C-suite and other senior executives, helping clients address complex transformation, organisational performance and change challenges. You will connect the people dimensions of transformation directly to operational and financial outcomes, ensuring that change is not treated as a standalone discipline but as an integral part of delivering sustainable business performance.

This is a role for a commercially minded, entrepreneurial leader who can build as well as deliver. You will originate and convert opportunities, lead complex client engagements and mobilise multidisciplinary teams using capabilities from across EMEA. You will also work closely with our Benelux Strategic Communications leaders to identify opportunities that bring together transformation, people, change and communications expertise.

You will be expected to take a broad enterprise perspective, identifying client needs and opportunities beyond the immediate People & Transformation remit and connecting the right capabilities from across FTI Consulting to address them.
** What You'll Do
**** Business Development and Client Leadership
*** Build and grow the People & Transformation business in the Netherlands, shaping the go-to-market strategy, market positioning, service offerings and value proposition.
* Originate, shape and close new business opportunities, working with Partners and colleagues across FTI Consulting to develop and convert a strong pipeline.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite and other senior client stakeholders.
* Lead complex sales cycles from opportunity identification and solution design through proposal development, commercial negotiation and close.
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives on transformation, organisational performance, workforce challenges and change execution.
* Translate complex client challenges into compelling propositions, commercially viable scopes of work and practical solutions.
