It is Monday evening, classes have just switched over. The lobby is full of participants checking in, and several participants are asking questions about credits and bookings. At the same time, a new client arrives for their very first RUSH experience and looks a bit lost. Moments later, an instructor signals that a treadmill needs a quick reset before the next block starts.

How do you handle this situation?

As a host at RUSH, you are the first impression of the boutique. You welcome every participant with confidence and warmth, guide newcomers through their first class, and ensure the studio feels high-end, calm and in control, even during peak rush hours. You support the instructors, keep the flow of the studio running smoothly, and create an atmosphere where guests feel seen, cared for, and excited to come back.

Service, energy, and a proactive attitude are essential to deliver the boutique experience we stand for. Ready to bring that level of hospitality to RUSH?

• Welcome and greet participants and ensure they feel at home.
• Guide new members and provide correct information.
• Inform potential participants about packages and memberships and answer questions.
• Ensure the club always looks clean and tidy.
• Deliver an unforgettable hospitality experience to members.

• Commit to at least 10 hours per week, with flexibility to take on more.
• Are available on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
