As our new Account Representative, you take Intralox’s customer service to the next level and ensure customer satisfaction. At Intralox we work with self-managed people, which means you will be given the freedom to put your own stamp on your everyday work.

You deliver service to our B2B clients. Your responsibilities vary from providing optimal order management, to technical support in response to customer requests. You will be co-managing accounts and developing business relationships by offering value-added products. The focus is, and always will be, on identifying the customers’ needs and ensuring our world‑class services.

We are looking for an intelligent team player who has a positive mindset and always goes the extra mile to provide high-quality customer service. You show initiative and can work well in a fast-paced environment. You come up with solutions for customers in a timely manner and make sure their experience with Intralox is a positive one. Furthermore:

• Business Level spoken and written Dutch & English, German skills would be a plus.

You have a minimum of 3 years of commercial business to business experience (internal)

You have a good technical affinity, are curious, and are a fast learner
