Your challenge

As part of the Office of the CTO, you will operate as the CTO for some of our focus domains in the GenAI space. You will be responsible to shape our strategy and competitive edge in your domains and lead some of our largest and most complex projects from sales to delivery. This is a highly visible, high-impact role that blends technical leadership, business strategy, and client-facing excellence.

You will:

• Define the Future: Drive the strategy for your domains, deciding where to invest our efforts, and how we approach the market. You will act as a key decision-maker in our technology roadmap.
• Win Big Deals: Be a differentiator in winning large deals by showcasing deep technical expertise, understanding complex client needs, and designing valuable, innovative solutions.
• Lead the Way: Guide the largest and most complex projects in your domains from ideation to successful delivery.
• Solve the Toughest Problems: Act as a critical resource for project teams, helping them overcome complex technical, functional, and organizational challenges to ensure projects stay on track.
• Orchestrate and Direct: Motivate teams, facilitate clear communication, and set responsibilities to ensure collective efforts are aligned with strategic goals.
• Be a Thought Leader: Share your expertise and operate as a thought leader within ML6, accelerating working groups and externalizing domain knowledge across the company.

• 10+ years of experience in tech or consultancy with a proven track record of delivering large and complex software/data projects
• A deep passion for and knowledge of the Generative AI domain and its offerings
• A strategic mindset with the ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business value, effectively communicating with both technical teams and C-level executives
• An expert understanding of a customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plan, business drivers, and competitive landscape
• Exceptional conflict resolution skills and the ability to ensure resolution in critical situations
• A proactive and self-starting leader who thrives on taking full ownership of projects, teams, and domains
• Strong communication skills in English and Dutch
