Your missionWe are seeking an AI Workflow Automation Intern to join our SaaS company and accelerate our business automation initiatives. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to identify high‑impact automation opportunities and implement scalable AI‑powered workflows using n8n and related technologies.
Your responsibilities:Automation Development & Implementation
- Design, build, and maintain production‑ready n8n / workflows integrating APIs, databases, and LLM capabilities
- Implement n8n/ automations for complex business processes and data transformations
- Develop error handling, monitoring, and audit systems for workflow observability
- Collaborate with Support, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and People teams to discover automation opportunities with measurable success metrics
- Prioritize automation projects based on impact, effort, and strategic value
- Document workflows clearly and provide training to stakeholders
- Hands‑on experience with n8n or platforms
- Proficiency in JavaScript for workflow functions and expressions
- Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and basic authentication (API keys, OAuth2)
- Experience working with modern LLMs and prompt engineering
- Strong problem‑solving skills and autonomous work style
- Excellent spoken and written English
- SQL skills for data validation and reporting
- Exposure to business systems (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Customer.io, Google Workspace)
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, or deployment practices
- Experience building HR, Support, or Rev Ops automations
- Understanding of RAG concepts or workflow orchestration tools
- Active participation in n8n or automation communities
- Previous experience in SaaS company environments
